Why did you decide to work at Grupo SID?
I decided to work at Grupo SID to put my knowledge into practice and acquire new knowledge since one of the reasons that inspired me to work in the Group has been the career I am currently studying (Business Accounting). Grupo SID is the ideal place to develop the objectives I have set for myself.
What have been your best moments in Grupo SID?
One of my best moments was a few months after starting to work at Grupo SID, when we celebrated a surprise birthday for a colleague. I felt a lot of emotion because I had to do the decoration and I felt that they were already my second family because of their love and appreciation.
Job promotion: When they gave me the news that, due to my good behavior and performance, they would give me the opportunity to grow and take my knowledge to other areas where I would be performing the function of Industrial Maintenance Planner
What excites you about your current role?
When we are assigned a project with limited days and we coordinate in the team to deliver it in the shortest possible time, always complying with the standards that are required and that the management requests. I am also excited to see how we can work as a team with good coordination and work on leadership.
From my position I provide Grupo SID with dedication, dedication and service.
What has been the main challenge of working at Grupo SID?
When I worked in the plantation area, I said that I was not going to make it because day by day I lived a different and difficult challenge, but I set out to overcome every obstacle that came my way because I believe in myself and that I can do it.
I am now part of the Industrial Maintenance team. Any transformation is challenging, because we must ensure that the department has the standards to be able to execute its work.
What is your favorite brand of MercaSID or Induveca and what is your favorite memory with that brand?
The Manicera Margarine, since my childhood it has been one of the products that I have consumed the most. As a child I used to eat cookies with margarine and I loved them.
What advice would you give to someone considering working at Grupo SID?
That they take advantage of the opportunity since it is a company that cares about the future of the employees, in which you have the possibilities to grow, acquire new capabilities, explore new things, etc.
