Monte Plata, Dominican Republic. Induspalma launched its Emergency Brigade, an initiative aimed at strengthening the preparedness, prevention, and response capabilities of its teams in the event of potential incidents within its operations.
With this launch, the company begins a training and development process for its brigade members, who will receive ongoing training to acquire and reinforce essential knowledge in prevention, emergency response, and coordinated work.
The creation of this brigade is part of Induspalma’s efforts to continue consolidating a safety culture based on preparedness, shared responsibility, and the well-being of its people.
